Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; professional certification as applicable to line of business preferred.
• Secure and maintain the State adjusting licenses as required for the position.
• Four (4) years of claims management experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required.

Responsibilities

• Analyze mid- and higher-level auto claims to determine scope of damages and adjudicate within company standards.
• Gather information to determine exposure, assign reserves, and settle claims up to designated authority.
• Assess liability and resolve claims within evaluation; communicate action to claimants and clients.
