Auto-Owners Insurance is seeking a motivated claims trainee for an entry-level role in Florida. After initial in-person training, you may have flexible work-from-home time defined by leadership. The position covers investigation, evaluation, and resolution of claims with close supervision.
You will study policies, learn company procedures, and build skills in negotiation, data entry, and loss adjustment while serving agents and insureds throughout the lifecycle of a claim.
