Qualifikationen

• Five years of claims management experience or equivalent with auto policies knowledge.

Aufgaben

• Processes complex auto bodily injury and commercial transport claims with proper documentation.
• Responsible for litigation process on litigated claims.
• Coordinates vendor management, including independent adjusters for investigations.
• Reports large claims to excess carrier(s).
• Develops action plans to meet state contact deadlines and resolve files promptly.
• Identifies subrogation and risk transfer opportunities; handles salvage.
• Communicates claim actions with insured, client, and broker as appropriate.
• Performs other duties as assigned; supports quality programs.
