Auto Claims Estimator and Network Manager

BlueWave Express is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Auto Claims Estimator & Network Manager to lead our claims process and oversee relationships with our collision repair partners. If you have a strong background in body shop estimating and thrive in a leadership role, this is your opportunity to make a real impact with a growing company.

Key Responsibilities

Claims & Estimating Oversight

  • Review, assess, and negotiate auto body repair estimates using your estimator background

  • Ensure accuracy, fairness, and cost-effectiveness in all claims

  • Protect company interests while ensuring timely resolution

Network & Vendor Relationship Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for body shops and vendors

  • Build strong partnerships with repair facilities to streamline claims and ensure quality work

  • Collaborate with site teams and leadership on investigations and claim outcomes

Communication & Customer Service

  • Provide exceptional service to customers throughout the claims process

  • Keep all parties (internal and external) informed with regular updates

  • Turn potentially negative experiences into positive interactions

Documentation & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate claim records, estimates, and communication logs

  • Generate reports to identify trends, performance gaps, and improvement opportunities

Team Leadership

  • Guide, support, and coach a small internal team

  • Foster a professional and collaborative work environment

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For
  • Estimator Experience: 3+ years as a body shop estimator or service advisor

  • Leadership Skills: 3+ years in a supervisory or management role

  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Customer Focus: Ability to de-escalate issues and deliver exceptional service

  • Organization: Highly organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment

  • Tech Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook

  • Professionalism & Reliability: On-time, dependable, and polished appearance

Work Location & Hours
  • On-site at our corporate office: 8700 Jameel Rd #150, Houston, TX 77040

  • Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
