Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) in Nashville, TN, is seeking an entry-level Maintenance Technician to join Firestone Complete Auto Care. You will service vehicles as part of a supportive team, with full- and part-time benefits available from day one, plus a tool program discount.

Responsibilities include diagnosing basic automotive issues, performing routine maintenance, tire services, and road-testing vehicles. A valid driver's license and prior automotive experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Ability to learn basic mechanical tasks.
• Must have a valid automobile driver's license at all times and be able to drive customer and company vehicles.
• Experience in automotive service industry preferred.
• Reading, writing, and math skills.

Responsibilities

• Learn how to diagnose and repair basic automotive including brakes, alignments, suspensions, cooling, exhaust, and electrical.
• Change oil and/or perform scheduled maintenance services.
• Install and perform tire maintenance.
• Install batteries, shock absorbers, and check electrical systems.
• Road test vehicles.
