Qualifications

• 2 years experience in automotive service or service industry.
• 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Valid driver's license.
• For facilities that sell firearms, CBC and Firearms Training may be required.

Responsibilities

• Drives sales and financial performance in the Auto Care Center and service area by receiving and stocking merchandise, ensuring effective presentation, pricing, and in-stock levels.
• Provides customer service by identifying needs, assisting with purchases, and resolving issues while promoting products and services.
• Maintains Auto Care Center and service area and trains technicians on service-related procedures as needed.
• Ensures compliance with company policies and safety standards and supports Open Door Policy.
