Qualifications

• 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Valid driver's license.
• ASE Certification (preferred).
• Automotive Certification/BS in Business Leadership (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and financial performance in Auto Care Center and service area through stocking, pricing, and signage.
• Provide customer service by helping customers choose products and resolving issues.
• Ensure Auto Care Center and service area are clean, organized, and properly merchandised.
• Maintain compliance with safety and environmental policies and dispose of batteries/tires/oil as required.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, oversee staff, train associates, and manage workflows.
