Qualifications

• 2 years experience in automotive service or service industry field.
• 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Valid driver’s license.
• For facilities that sell firearms, CBC and Firearms Training may be required.
• Attendance and successful completion of job-required trainings and assessments.

Responsibilities

• Drives sales and financial performance in the Auto Care Center and service area, maintains inventory levels and pricing.
• Provides customer service, assists with purchases, resolves issues, and promotes products and services.
• Ensures technicians are trained and certified, oversees workflow and service orders.
• Maintains the Auto Care Center and sales floor, oversees displays, pricing, and safety compliance.
• Coordinates activities with stakeholders and supports plans to meet customer and business needs.
