Qualifications

• 2 years experience in automotive service or service industry field.
• 1 year of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Drives sales and financial performance in the Auto Care Center and service area by receiving and stocking merchandise, ensuring effective presentation, pricing, signing, in-stock and inventory levels.
• Provides customer service by acknowledging customers, helping with purchases, locating merchandise, resolving issues, and promoting products and services while maintaining safety.
• Maintains the Auto Care Center and service area by stocking, rotating, signing and pricing merchandise, handling claims and returns, and ensuring OSHA compliance and customer safety.
• Coordinates and oversees job-related activities by coordinating with stakeholders, setting goals, and driving accountability and continuous improvement.
• Provides supervision and development opportunities by hiring, training, mentoring, and recognizing associates, fostering a sense of belonging.
