Caliber is seeking a skilled collision repair technician at our Little Elm service center. You will perform full collision repairs from fender benders to frame rebuilds, ensuring factory-spec alignment, welds, and structural integrity.

You’ll collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office staff to move cars efficiently through the line. Ideal candidates have 2+ years of experience, high attention to detail, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Two+ years of collision repair experience.
• Ability to pull, straighten, and square vehicle frames.
• Attention to detail with precise welds and bolt tightening.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with precision.
• Handle full collision repair from minor to major.
• Perform panel and structural work to factory specs.
• Quality reassembly with proper fit and finish.
• Work as a team with painters, estimators, and front office staff.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
