• Physically fit for the job (lift up to 50 lbs).
• Team-first attitude; collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office staff.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with no guesswork or shortcuts.
• Perform full collision repair from minor dings to frame rebuilds.
• Handle panel and structural work to return vehicles to factory specs.
• Ensure quality reassembly; finish details matter for the final result.
• Work as a team to move cars efficiently through the shop.
• Keep the work area clean and maintain safety standards.
