Gerber Collision & Glass in the United States is seeking an Auto Body Technician to deliver top-tier customer experience by meticulously repairing vehicles to pre-accident condition. You will disassemble, repair, reassemble, weld, and refinish vehicles, coordinating with teammates to meet KPI targets and uphold our brand promise of speed, quality and customer excellence.

Requires high school diploma or equivalent and completion of technical schooling or a 3-year apprenticeship.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Successful completion of a technical school program or a 3-year apprenticeship in auto body repair.

Responsabilidades

• Disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles to pre-accident condition.
• Repair dents and apply filler resins when needed.
• Realign chassis and frames to repair structural damage.
• Replace damaged sections and glass, and repair interior parts.
• Weld and paint vehicles to factory specifications or equivalents.
• Complete work orders within labor time guidelines and inspect final work.
• Maintain safety and quality ensuring customer satisfaction.
