Job summary

Caliber Service Center in Appleton, WI is hiring for collision repair roles. A one-time $1,500 sign-on bonus is offered for September starters. You must have at least two years of experience turning wrecks into road-ready rides and possess frame and structural know-how to pull, straighten, and square components.

Qualifications

• At least two years turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
• Frame and structural knowledge to pull, straighten and square parts.
• No-shortcuts mentality; blueprint and fix it right first time.
• Keen attention to detail for tightened bolts and welds.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs to factory specs.
• Perform full collision repair including fender to frame rebuilds.
• Handle panel and structural work and quality reassembly.
• Work with team to move cars through the shop and keep a clean, safe workspace.
