Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years in collision repair or related automotive body work.
• Knowledge of vehicle structure to remove/replace damaged components.
• Demonstrates safety precautions required for this work.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Lifts up to 35 lbs regularly and up to 70+ lbs occasionally.
• Agility and coordination for working in tight spaces and awkward positions.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.

Responsibilities

• Repair vehicles per estimate and established standards, including prepping and restoring bodywork.
• Communicate with management about additional repairs or schedule changes.
• Maintain and operate tools safely; keep the work area organized and clean.
• Wear required safety PPE and follow health guidelines.
• Assist other technicians as needed based on schedule and expertise.
• Adhere to federal, state, and local body shop regulations and safety rules.
