Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass in Hawaii seeks an Auto Body Technician to deliver exceptional customer experiences through meticulous repair and restoration of vehicles to pre-accident condition, aligning with WOW standards and brand promise.

You will disassemble, repair, realign chassis, replace parts, weld, repaint, and inspect work within labor guidelines, collaborating with teammates to meet KPIs while ensuring safety and quality in a high-energy shop.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical school program or 3-year apprenticeship preferred.
• Strong ability to read job orders and follow supervision.

Responsibilities

• Execute WOW plan consistently.
• Plan repairs and prepare customer cost estimates.
• Repair dents, apply filler resins when needed.
• Realign chassis and frames for structural repair.
• Replace damaged sections with new or aftermarket parts.
• Replace or repair glass, interior parts; weld and paint to spec.
• Complete work within labor time guidelines and inspect results.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
