Caliber Collision Union is seeking an Auto Body Technician to perform full collision repairs, from fender fixes to frame rebuilds, using modern equipment and precise methods.

You’ll blueprint and execute repairs with a sharp eye for detail, lift up to 50lbs, and collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office staff to move cars efficiently through the shop. Competitive pay with weekly flag-rate of $20–$30 and day-one benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• At least two years of auto collision experience.
• Frame and structural repair knowledge.
• Blueprint repairs and ensure factory specs.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Team-oriented collaboration in a shop environment.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs.
