Job summary

Caliber Collision is hiring for a collision repair technician at our Jupiter center. You will perform full-frame and panel repairs, straighten damaged structures, and reassemble components to factory specs. A sharp eye for detail ensures welds and bolts are tightened to perfection.

Qualifications

• At least two years turning wrecks into road‑ready rides.
• Frame and structural know‑how to pull, straighten, and square.
• Blueprint it and fix it right the first time.
• Strong eye for detail with tightened bolts and precise welds.
• Physically fit to lift up to 50 lbs and work as part of a team.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with no guesswork or shortcuts.
• Perform full collision repair—from fender benders to frame rebuilds.
• Handle panel and structural work to return parts to factory specs.
• Deliver quality reassembly with proper fit and finish.
• Work collaboratively with painters, estimators, and front office staff.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
