Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Auto Body Technician to deliver expert vehicle repair while ensuring customer satisfaction. You will disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles, replace damaged sections, and professionally finish with paint to match factory specs.

The role emphasizes safety, speed, and quality through teamwork and adherence to WOW standards. Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent and either a technical program or a 3-year apprenticeship.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical school program or 3-year apprenticeship preferred.
• Ability to read job orders and follow repair procedures.
• Experience with auto body repair equipment advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Plan repair work and prepare customer cost estimates.
• Disassemble, repair, reassemble vehicle sections using appropriate tools.
• Realign chassis and frames to restore structural integrity.
• Replace damaged sections and parts, including glass and interior components.
• Weld, fit, and repaint vehicles per factory specs or agreed standards.
• Ensure work orders are completed within labor guidelines and inspect final results.
