Responsibilities

• Performs work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with dealership and factory standards.
• Measure and adjust vehicle alignment to factory specifications.
• Ensure all parts are installed correctly and operate properly (doors, windows, electrical).
• Communicate with parts department to obtain needed parts.
• Communicate with the body shop manager regarding scope and progress.
• Notify the body shop manager immediately if additional work is needed or if repairs cannot be completed within the promised time.
• Report machinery defects or malfunctions to the body shop manager.
• Keep customers’ cars clean and report any changes to appearance or condition.
• Maintain a safe work environment and keep bays and shop area clean.
