Job summary

Vic's and Jim's Collision Center in Brooklyn Park, MN is seeking an experienced Auto Body Technician. We are a busy, family-owned shop with 40-hour work weeks and three weeks of paid vacation per year. Join a thriving center with year-round work and a commitment to work-life balance.

We require a minimum of 5 years in auto body/collision, and an associate degree or training program is preferred. Uniforms are provided and scheduled benefits support a stable workload.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or auto body technician training preferred.
• Strong reading and communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Disassemble, repair and reassembly of damaged vehicles following manufacturers’ procedures.
• Maintaining a high-quality standard of work.
• Keeping a clean, safe and compliant work area.
• Predictable and reliable attendance required.
• Pay is based on experience with minimum 5 years in auto body/collision industry.
• 3 weeks paid vacation/sick days.
• We provide uniforms.
