Gerber Collision & Glass in Huntsville is seeking an Auto Body Technician to repair vehicles to pre-accident condition, following the WOW plan and safety guidelines. You will disassemble, repair, reassemble, and repaint vehicles, ensuring quality and customer satisfaction across every step.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical school program or 3-year apprenticeship in auto body repair.

Responsibilities

• Plan the repair work and prepare cost estimates for customers.
• Use cutting guns, plasma cutters, hydraulic jacks, hammers, and pliers to repair sections of a vehicle.
• Hammer out dents and dents, apply filler resins when needed, and realign chassis and frames.
• Remove damaged sections and replace with new or aftermarket parts; repair glass and interior parts.
• Weld and fit parts, prep and repaint vehicles to factory specs, and inspect finished work.
