Gerber Collision & Glass in Smyrna, TN is hiring an Auto Body Technician to deliver outstanding customer experiences through meticulous assessment and repair of vehicles to pre-accident condition.

You will disassemble, repair, and reassemble cars, align chassis, replace parts and glass, and work with teammates to meet KPIs while upholding our brand promise of speed, quality, and customer excellence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Completion of technical school program or a 3-year apprenticeship.
• Ability to read job orders with minimal supervision.
• Strong understanding of vehicle repair methods and tools.

Responsibilities

• Disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles to pre-accident condition.
• Realign chassis and frames to repair structural damage.
• Replace damaged sections and glass; repaint as needed.
• Ensure work orders meet labor time guidelines and inspect完成.
• Perform related duties and maintain safety in a noisy shop environment.
