Caliber in Hanover is seeking experienced collision repair technicians. You’ll perform full collision repair—from fender benders to frame rebuilds—using precise blueprints and factory specs. A team-first attitude and eye for detail ensure quality work as you coordinate with painters, estimators, and front office.

Formación

• At least two years of auto body repair experience.
• Ability to pull, straighten, and square frames.
• Commitment to blueprinting and first-time quality.
• Strong attention to detail in bolts, welds, and finishes.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Team-focused collaboration with shop colleagues.
• Eligible to work in the U.S. without restrictions.

Responsabilidades

• Blueprint and execute repairs with precision.
• Handle full collision repairs from start to finish.
• Do panel and structural work to factory specs.
• Ensure quality reassembly and fit/finish.
• Collaborate with team to move cars efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
