Job summary

Crash Champions is seeking a skilled collision repair shop supervisor to oversee repair processes at our on-site facilities. You will supervise technicians, plan repairs, and ensure quality work while maintaining on-time performance.

Strong knowledge of frame machines and body repair is essential, with I-CAR welding certification highly preferred. You will collaborate with shop staff, participate in safety meetings, and ensure adherence to manufacturer repair standards.

Qualifications

• Experience with frame machines and body repair.
• I-CAR welding certification preferred.
• Ability to supervise apprentice and guide repairs.
• Must pass thorough background check.
• Knowledge of vehicle repair processes by manufacturer.

Responsibilities

• Examines damaged vehicle and plans repair process.
• Communicates repair status with team.
• Performs quality repairs and keeps on-time status.
• Decides on repair vs. replace based on safety and cost.
• Removes components to access areas and gain access to fenders.
• Attends safety meetings.
• Files, grinds, and sands repaired surfaces with tools.
• Directs an apprentice when needed.
