Caliber Collision is hiring at our Littleton service center. You will perform full collision repair, from fender benders to frame rebuilds, with a focus on precise, factory-standard results. The role requires at least two years of hands-on experience, frame/structural know-how, and a team-first attitude.

Qualifications

• At least two years of collision repair experience.
• Frame and structural repair skills and knowledge.
• No-shortcuts mentality: blueprint and repair right first time.
• Strong attention to detail with tightened bolts and precise welds.

Responsabilités

• Blueprint and execute repairs with accuracy.
• Perform full collision repair from minor to major damage.
• Do panel and structural work to restore factory specs.
• Ensure quality reassembly and fit/finish.
• Collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office staff.
• Maintain clean and safe work area.
