Caliber is seeking a skilled collision repair technician for our Ft Walton Beach service center. You will perform full collision repairs, from framing to final reassembly, ensuring parts meet factory specs and finish is precise.

Expect a team-driven environment with opportunities for I-CAR/ASE training, weekly pay, and comprehensive benefits. Must be physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office staff to move cars efficiently.

Qualifications

• At least two years turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
• Frame and structural know-how—pull, straighten, square up.

• Sharp eye for detail—tightened bolts, precise welds, no excuses.
• Physically fit for the job—lift up to 50 lbs as required.
• Team-first attitude—collaborate with painters, estimators, front office.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with accuracy.
• Full collision repair: straighten, align, pull, and restore components.
• Panel and structural work to bring parts back to factory specs.
• Quality reassembly with attention to finish and fit.
• Work as a team to move cars efficiently; maintain safe, clean work area.
• Keep work location safety and tidiness a top priority.
