The Boyd Group is seeking an Auto Body Technician in Florida to accurately assess and repair vehicles to pre-accident condition, ensuring speed, quality, and customer excellence. You will disassemble, repair, and reassemble cars, align frames, replace parts, and apply factory or equivalent paint while upholding our WOW standards.

You should have a high school diploma or equivalent and either a technical school program or a 3-year apprenticeship in auto body repair.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of technical school program or a 3-year apprenticeship in auto body repair.
• Ability to read and interpret repair orders and work with others in a shop.

Responsabilités

• Ensure consistent execution of WOW plan and repair workflow.
• Plan repair work and prepare cost estimates; use tools to repair vehicle sections.
• Realign frames and chassis to repair structural damage; replace parts as needed.
• Weld, assemble, and repaint vehicles to factory specifications or equivalents.
• Complete work orders within labor time guidelines and verify repairs via inspection.
