You will plan repairs, evaluate costs, and ensure all work aligns with WOW standards. This role requires safety awareness, teamwork, and the ability to meet KPIs in a busy shop environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical training or apprenticeship in auto body repair preferred.
• Ability to read job orders with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Assess and repair vehicles to pre-accident condition.
• Disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles with attention to quality.
• Weld and reinstall parts; repaint using factory or approved finishes.
• Inspect vehicles after repair to ensure workmanship meets standards.
• Prepare cost estimates and plan repair work with the WOW framework.
