Gerber Collision & Glass is looking for an Auto Body Technician to deliver exceptional customer experiences through meticulous vehicle repair. You will disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles, ensuring speed, quality, and customer excellence while aligning with the WOW plan.

The role requires high school completion or a technical program/apprenticeship, ability to work with a team, and proficiency with body repair tools. The Boyd Group supports growth in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of technical school program or 3-year apprenticeship.

Responsibilities

• Execute WOW plan consistently.
• Plan repair work and prepare customer estimates.
• Repair body damage using suitable tools and methods.
• Realign chassis and frames for structural repair.
• Replace damaged sections and glass as needed.
• Weld and reassemble parts, apply paint as required.
• Complete work within labor time guidelines and inspect for quality.
• Perform related duties as assigned.
