Job summary

Classic Collision, established in 1983 in Atlanta, GA, seeks a Collision Repair Technician to join our on-site team. We offer competitive pay, benefits, and career growth within a company dedicated to safety, quality, integrity, and heart in every repair.

The role involves disassembly, repair planning, and bodywork to deliver 100% repair quality. A valid driver’s license and 2–3 years of collision repair experience are preferred; I-CAR/ASE certifications are encouraged.

Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years of age.
I-CAR / ASE certifications preferred.
2-3 years' collision repair experience preferred.
Valid Driver's License Required.
Customer-focused attitude with the ability to work well in a team environment.
Ability to read and comprehend written instructions and information.
Successful completion of background check required.

Responsibilities

Complete disassembly of vehicle to assist Collision Estimators in assessing damage and prepare a 100% Repair Plan.
Ensure all needed repairs identified to eliminate supplements and minimize repair time.
Plan work procedure: follow work order for all operations listed.
Remove upholstery, accessories, electrical and hydraulic systems to gain access to damaged area when needed.
Repair or replace damaged parts and weld/reassemble after painting.
Inspect and test drive repaired vehicles to check safety and quality standards.
