• 2–3 years collision repair experience preferred.
• Valid Driver's License Required.

Responsibilities

• Disassemble vehicles to assist estimators in assessing damage for a 100% repair plan.
• Identify needed repairs to eliminate supplements and minimize repair time.
• Plan work procedures following work orders for all operations.
• Remove upholstery and other components to access damaged areas and store parts properly.
• Mend damaged body panels and weld replacement parts as needed.
• Operate hand and power tools including welders and spray guns.
• Finish surfaces by filing, grinding, and sanding before painting.
• Inspect and test drive repaired vehicles for safety and quality compliance.
• Comply with all SOPs, safety rules, and guidelines.
