Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass in Lake Park, FL is seeking an Auto Body Technician to deliver high-quality repairs and restore vehicles to pre-accident condition. You will disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles, weld and paint as needed, and work with team to meet KPIs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Completion of technical school or a 3-year apprenticeship preferred.
• Ability to read job orders and work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Plan repair work and prepare customer cost estimates.
• Disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles to pre-accident condition.
• Realign chassis and replace damaged sections with parts.
• Replace or repair glass, windshields, and interior parts.
• Weld, fit parts, and repaint to factory specs.
