AUTOBODY TECHNICIAN/PAINTER
***1,000 sign on bonus after 30 days of employment

Worcester, MA

OVERVIEW

Finishline Automotive is seeking experienced Auto Body Tech / Painters for a well-established Auto Body Shop in Worcester. We have a very laid back environment. Over time is available, usually as much as desired. We also offer paid time off and 401k. Shifts are 8 hours, Monday through Friday Applicants should be able to disassemble, assemble, sand and buff, mask, do body work, paint, as well as some light mechanical.
SALARY RANGE

From $20-$35 per hour based on experience and skill level

$1,000 sign on bonus after 30 days of employment

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Repair and refinish damaged vehicle bodies and parts.
  
• Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and masking.
  
• Mix paint colors to match vehicle specifications.
  
• Inspect and polish painted surfaces for quality and consistency.
  
• Perform light mechanical work duties.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Recent auto body or auto painting experience
