Job summary

Caliber Collision Flowood is seeking skilled collision repair technicians to join our Flowood service center. You will perform precise repairs from fender benders to frame work, using modern equipment to restore vehicles to factory specs.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of hands-on collision repair, frame and structural know-how, and a detail-oriented mindset. You will work with teammates across painters, estimators, and front office to deliver quality results.

Qualifications

• Two years of collision repair experience required.
• Frame and structural know-how to pull, straighten, and square.
• Blueprint it and fix it right the first time.
• Attention to detail with tightened bolts and precise welds.
• Must be physically able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Team-oriented collaboration with painters, estimators, and front office staff.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with no guesswork.
• Perform full collision repair from dent to frame rebuild.
• Work on panel and structural repairs to factory specs.
• Ensure quality reassembly with proper fit and finish.
• Collaborate with team to move vehicles efficiently.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area at all times.
