Job summary

Caliber Collision is seeking an experienced auto body technician for our Byram, MS center. You will blueprint and execute precise repairs, handle full collision work from minor dings to frame rebuilds, and restore panels to factory specs.

The role offers opportunities for I-CAR and ASE certification, teamwork with painters and estimators, and a fast-paced environment focused on getting customers back on the road.

Qualifications

• At least two years of collision repair experience.
• Frame and structural repair experience.
• Blueprint and precision repairs without shortcuts.
• Attention to detail with bolts and welds.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Team-first attitude; collaborate with painters, estimators and front office.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs to factory specs.
• Perform full collision repair from minor to frame rebuilds.
• Handle panel and structural work and restore to factory specs.
• Quality reassembly and precise finishings.
• Work as a team to move cars through the shop.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment.
