Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass seeks an Auto Body Technician to deliver exceptional customer experiences through meticulous repair and assessment, restoring vehicles to pre-accident condition. You will disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles while aligning with KPIs and acting as a Brand Ambassador for The Boyd Group.

You will work with cutting-edge tools to repair bodies, realign frames, replace parts, weld, and repaint to factory specifications, ensuring work orders meet labor time guidelines

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical school program or a 3-year apprenticeship in auto body repair.
• Ability to read job orders and work with very little supervision.
• Ability to work with other repairers within an auto body shop.

Responsibilities

• Execute WOW plan consistently.
• Plan repair work and prepare customer cost estimates using appropriate tools.
• Realign chassis and frames to repair structural damage.
• Replace damaged sections with new or aftermarket parts and repair glass.
