Job summary

Auto Pride Collision is seeking a collision repair technician to perform repairs according to estimates and quality standards. You will restore body panels and structural components using specialized tools and maintain a safe, organized workspace.

The role requires reading job orders, following procedures, and ability to lift up to 70 pounds. Training opportunities and a pathway for advancement are available across multiple brands.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1–3 years of collision repair experience or related training.
• Read and work from job orders and estimates with little supervision.
• Able to lift up to 70 pounds occasionally; bend, kneel and reach in confined spaces.
• I-CAR welding certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Repair vehicles according to the estimate and quality standards.
• Restore panels and components to pre-accident condition using specialized tools.
• Communicate with management about additional repairs or delays.
• Maintain tools and equipment and keep the work area safe and clean.
• Wear required PPE and assist teammates as needed.
