Job summary

Mander Collision in Cedarburg, WI is seeking a full-time collision repair technician to join a high-production shop committed to safety and quality. You will repair vehicles per estimates, restore body panels, and follow OEM procedures with a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1–3 years collision repair experience or completion of a technical school program
• Knowledge of vehicle repair processes and manufacturer repair procedures
• Able to read and work from job orders with little supervision
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Ability to use a frame machine
• I-CAR welding certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Repair vehicles according to the estimate and standards; remove damaged parts and install replacements
• Restore panels, structural components, and outer body parts to pre-accident condition with specialized tools
• Communicate with management about additional repairs, delays, or changes to completion times
• Maintain tools and equipment in good order and operate safely
• Keep the work area clean and free of hazards at all times
• Wear required PPE including eye protection
• Assist team members with repairs and preparation as needed
• Comply with all regulations governing body shop operations, including hazardous waste disposal
