You will disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles, realign structures, and ensure work meets fast-paced KPI targets while maintaining brand standards.

Responsibilities include planning repairs, estimating costs, using specialized tools, and inspecting completed work for quality.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical school completion or 3-year apprenticeship preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure WOW plan execution and customer experience.
• Plan repair work and prepare cost estimates for customers.
• Disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles to restore pre-accident condition.
• Realign chassis and frames; replace parts and glass as needed.
• Weld and refinish vehicles to factory standards; inspect work for quality.
