Job summary

Classic Collision in Wasilla, AK is seeking a skilled collision repair technician. You will disassemble vehicles, identify required repairs, and collaborate with Collision Estimators to craft a 100% repair plan.

Requirements include 2–3 years of collision repair experience, a valid driver's license, and a strong teamwork mindset. You will work with various hand and power tools to meet safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years collision repair experience preferred.
• Must be able to read and comprehend written instructions.
• Customer-focused attitude with ability to work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Complete disassembly of vehicle to assist Collision Estimators in assessing damage and preparing a repair plan.
• Ensure all needed repairs identified to minimize supplements and repair time.
• Plan work procedures following the work order for all operations.
• Operate hand and power tools (welder, soldering equipment, cutting torch, hammers, wrenches, sanders, spray guns, etc.).
• Inspect and test drive repaired vehicles to check safety and quality standards.
