Job summary

Caliber Collision's Service Center San Angelo - North is seeking skilled collision repair technicians. You will perform full collision repairs from frame rebuilds to panel work on a busy center with modern equipment and a safety-first culture.

Qualifications

• At least two years of experience turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
• Frame and structural know-how—able to pull, straighten, and square.
• No-shortcuts mentality; blueprint it and fix it right the first time.
• Sharp eye for detail; tightened bolts, perfected welds, no excuses.
• Physically fit for the job; can lift up to 50 lbs.
• Team-first attitude; collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office staff.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Full collision repair from fender benders to frame rebuilds.
• Blueprint and execute repairs with precision.
• Panel and structural work to factory specs.
• Quality reassembly; finish matters.
• Work as a team to move cars through the shop.
• Keep the work area clean and safety-focused.
