Caliber Collision is seeking an experienced Collision Repair Technician in Texas to turn wrecks into road-ready rides. You will blueprint and execute precise repairs, handle frames and panels, and ensure quality workmanship with safety as a priority.

Qualifications

• At least two years of collision repair experience.
• Frame straightening, welding, and structural repair.
• Blueprints and precise repairs with attention to detail.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work safely.
• Team-oriented: collaborate with painters, estimators and staff.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute clean, precise repairs.
• Perform full collision repair, from minor to frame rebuilds.
• Repair panels and structural components to factory specs.
• Ensure quality reassembly with proper fit and finish.
• Work as a team to move cars efficiently.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment.
