Qualifications

• Two years of collision repair experience.
• Frame and structural know-how; blueprint and repair to factory specs.
• Attention to detail with precise repairs.
• Ability to collaborate with body shop team.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and work safely.

Responsibilities

• Full collision repair—From fender benders to frame rebuilds, you handle it all.
• Panel and structural work—Return bent or twisted parts to factory specs.
• Quality reassembly—Finish and fit matter for a safe return to the road.
• Work as a team—Coordinate with painters, estimators, and front office.
• Keep it clean—Prioritize safety and tidiness at the work location.
