Caliber’s Service Center in Palmdale is hiring skilled collision repair technicians. Bring at least two years of experience, frame and structural know-how, and a no-shortcuts mentality to a team that values precision and safety.

You’ll work with careful attention to bolts, welds, and factory specs, while lifting up to 50lbs and collaborating with painters, estimators, and front office staff. We offer competitive pay, weekly pay at up to $22–$24 per hour, solid benefits, and opportunities to earn

Qualifications

• At least two years of collision repair experience.
• Frame and structural know-how: pull, straighten, and square components.
• Commitment to precise, safe repairs with no shortcuts.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a shop setting.
• Team-oriented collaboration with painters, estimators, and front office staff.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with clean, precise methods.
• Perform full collision repair from minor to major frame work.
• Handle panel and structural work to restore factory specs.
• Ensure quality reassembly with proper fit and finish.
• Work collaboratively to move vehicles through the process.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
