Caliber is hiring for a collision repair role in Norco, CA. You will perform full collision repairs, from fender benders to frame work, using the latest equipment and methods. A team-oriented environment values attention to detail and a willingness to blueprint and fix right the first time.

With at least two years in the field, you’ll work closely with painters, estimators, and front office staff. The position emphasizes safety, quality, and steady professional growth.

Competenze

• At least two years of experience repairing wrecks to road-ready condition.
• Frame and structural repair knowledge, ability to pull, straighten and square.
• No-shortcuts mindset; blueprint and fix right the first time.
• Sharp eye for detail; tight bolts, precise welds and finished repairs.
• Physically fit; able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Team-oriented; collaborate with painters, estimators and front office.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.
