Job summary

Caliber is seeking skilled collision repair technicians to join our Fountain Valley center. You will repair vehicles with a focus on frame and structural integrity, using precision to restore factory specs. A strong team focus and safe work habits are essential.

Qualifications

• At least two years of turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
• Frame and structural know-how to pull, straighten, and square.
• Blueprint it and fix it right the first time.
• Detail-oriented with tightened bolts and precise welds.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Collaborates with painters, estimators, and front office staff.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with no shortcuts.
• Perform full collision repair from minor to frame rebuilds.
• Handle panel and structural work to factory specs.
• Ensure quality reassembly with proper fit and finish.
• Work as a team to move cars through the shop.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area.
