Job summary

Caliber Collision's Service Center High Point is seeking an experienced collision repair technician. You will perform full collision repairs from metal repair to reassembly, applying blueprinting and factory specs to restore vehicles.

The role requires at least two years of hands-on experience, frame and structural know-how, and a commitment to safety and quality. You will work with painters, estimators, and front office staff to move cars efficiently and deliver an excellent customer experience.

Qualifications

• At least two years turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
• Frame and structural know-how; able to pull, straighten, and square.
• No-shortcuts mentality—Blueprint it, fix it right the first time.
• Sharp eye for detail—tightened bolts and precise welds.
• Physically fit for the job; capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Team-first attitude; collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office staff.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute—No guesswork, no shortcuts—just clean, precise repairs.
• Full collision repair—From fender benders to frame rebuilds, you handle it all.
• Panel and structural work—Bring bent/twisted parts back to factory specs.
• Quality reassembly—Final touches matter for safe, proper fit.
• Work as a team—Trust and teamwork move cars through the shop.
