• No-shortcuts mindset; blueprint it and fix it right the first time.
• Sharp eye for detail; focus on bolts, welds, and final fit.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs; physically fit for the job.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with precision.
• Handle full collision repair from minor to major work.
• Perform panel and structural work to factory specs.
• Quality reassembly with attention to fit and finish.
