Qualifications

• Two+ years of collision repair experience preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints and repair plans.
• Attention to detail to ensure all bolts and welds meet standards.
• Safety-minded with ability to work in a shop environment.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute accurate repairs.
• Perform full collision repair from minor to major damage.
• Repair panels and structural components to factory specs.
• Ensure quality reassembly with precise fit and finish.
• Collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office staff.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area.
