Caliber is seeking a skilled Collision Repair Technician at our Grapevine, TX service center. You will perform full collision repairs, from fender benders to frame rebuilds, with a strong focus on frame and structural accuracy.

Qualifications

• At least two years of collision repair experience.
• Frame and structural repair knowledge required.
• No-shortcuts mentality; blueprint and repair to spec.

• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Team-oriented with good communication across departments.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute wide-range repairs with precision.
• Handle full collision repair from minor to major structural work.
• Perform panel and structural work to factory specifications.
• Ensure quality reassembly with proper fit and finish.
• Collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office staff.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
